Outdoor Anniversary Dinner Party

Anniversaries are special occasions, so when a couple asked us to plan their anniversary party, we were honored!

Cynthia was determined that when the couple and guests alike stepped into the backyard, they would be reminded of romantic evenings of summers past. She brought this idea to life with dozens of boxes of special firefly lights surrounding the backyard. Over multiple nights Cynthia and her staff spent many late nights painstakingly placing lights , creating the ambiance and sentiment among guests that they were walking into a secluded grove filled with fireflies. The couples favorite flower, the Casa Blanca Lily, surrounded our venue with artfully crafted Pellegrino water bottle vases.

For the main course of the evening, guests enjoyed field greens salad with citrus dressing, roasted asparagus, smashed fingerling potatoes, grilled salmon with mango salsa and beef tenderloin with creamy tarragon horseradish sauce. Lastly, fun buckets of cornbread muffins and herb butter at each table completed this delicious meal.

Cynthia always likes to add a bit of our her own creative flair to every occasion. To make this one particularly special, she organized an Indian blessing with a surprise ending for the couple. Immediately following the blessing we honored the couple by each guest releasing a monarch butterfly, creating a moment for the couple not soon to be forgotten.
